**VIEWING PICTURES**
The new 2011 season is in full swing. There are TONS of new photos located on the photo site: lchsbearfootball.shutterfly.com
CHANGES MADE: You can view the picture site without signing up as a member. HOWEVER, if you want to download any pictures you must sign up as a member of shutterfly. There is no cost for this. If you viewed pictures last season, you already have a login and password. It will remain the same. You can look through all the photo albums, BUT you can only download pictures, tag pictures, make comments, and order prints if you are signed in.

1. All parents and players must submit the NMAA Fact Sheet/Informed Consent Form regarding Concussion Management by Aug. 1.
The NMAA fact sheet and informed consent form must be filled out, signed and returned to coaches.
2. All parents and players must submit a Certificate of Completion for the Life of an Athlete course by August 1. Information may be found at: http://www.nmact.org/for_parents/ (scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. All players MUST have their APS physical forms submitted by August 1 to begin practice. Physical Forms can be obtained at
